The electromagnetic flow meter is divided into display modes: split type electromagnetic flow meter and integrated electromagnetic flow meter. The series nominal diameter is DN15~DN3000.
Split type electromagnetic flow meter
The split type electromagnetic flow meter is an inductive meter that measures the volumetric flow rate of the conductive medium in the tube according to the Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It adopts the embedded technology of the single chip microcomputer to realize digital excitation, and adopts the CAN field bus on the electromagnetic flow meter, which is the first in China. The technology has reached the domestic leading level.
The split type electromagnetic flow meter can also output 4~20mA current signal for recording, adjustment and control while meeting the on-site display. It has been widely used in chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, medicine, paper making, water supply and drainage and other industrial technologies. Management department.
In addition to measuring the flow rate of general conductive liquids, the split type electromagnetic flow meter can also measure the volume flow of liquid-solid two-phase flow, high viscosity liquid flow and salt, strong acid and strong alkali liquid.
Integrated electromagnetic flow meter
The integrated electromagnetic flow meter is developed according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow of conductive fluid. Due to its unique characteristics, it has been widely used in the measurement of various conductive liquids in the industry. Mainly used in chemical, paper, food, textile, metallurgy, environmental protection, water supply and drainage industries, and computer support can achieve system control.
1. The electromagnetic flow meter has no moving parts and no chokes, which will not cause pressure loss, and will not cause problems such as wear and blockage.
2. The electromagnetic flow meter is a volumetric flow meter that is unaffected by the temperature, viscosity, density, and conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium during the measurement process.
3. The electromagnetic flow meter has a wide measuring range of up to 1:100. In addition, the electromagnetic flow meter is only proportional to the average flow velocity of the measured medium, and is independent of the axisymmetric flow state (laminar or turbulent flow).
4. The electromagnetic flow meter has no mechanical inertia and is sensitive. It can measure the instantaneous pulsating flow and has good linearity. Therefore, the measurement signal can be linearly converted into a standard signal output by the converter. The LD-T type can be indicated locally, and the LD type can be transmitted over long distances.
