Product Description

The UHC type magnetic flap liquid level gauge is made up of measuring body,dual-colored display cylinder, ruler, top&low flange, magnetic ball and transmitter (4-20mA). Based on buoyance principle, the magnetic ball in the body of the level gauge is up or down with the liquid level changing and makes dual-colored turning to show the level of medium. Each cylinder is with two-color axisymmetric structures. The distance of two cylinders is 10mm. Red side of display cylinder indicates liquid and white side display cylinder indicates air. Besides measuring liquid level, it also could measure the interface of the two kinds of liquid.

The principle of magnetic levitation water level gauge

The magnetic suspension level gauge and the container to be measured form a communicating device, so that the liquid level between the container to be measured and the measuring tube body is equal. When the float in the measuring tube of the liquid level gauge changes with the measured liquid level, the magnetic body in the float interacts with the magnetic body in the color code displayed on the display bar and reverses, so that red means there is liquid and white means no The purpose of accurately displaying the liquid level on the spot.
According to the needs of the project, the user can also be used with a magnetic control level gauge, digital display on the spot or output 4-20mA standard remote transmission electric signal to meet the needs of recorders and industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches and proximity switches for liquid level monitoring alarms and liquid feeding equipment control.

B) Float and measuring tube are packed separately. Remove the bottom flange, make the upper part of the float upward, put the float into the measuring tube, and install the bottom flange. Then connect with the container to be measured
C) The magnetic body in the float interacts with the magnet in the color bar on the display screen, the color code is reversed, red means liquid, and white means no liquid.

Note: Handle the float carefully to avoid damage; In order not to affect the read value, all the floats in the display column must be adjusted to white before installation.

 

How to use magnetic level gauge
Do not allow the magnetizer to approach the body of the level gauge. If it is not close, it will directly affect the action of the level gauge. During transportation, in order to prevent damage to the airbag assembly, take the airbag assembly out of the air pipe of the main body of the level gauge before leaving the factory. After the level gauge is installed, open the smoke exhaust flange at the bottom, and then reinstall the airbag assembly to the main body. Inside the trachea. Please note that the heavier side of the balloon assembly faces upwards and cannot be turned over.
