Product Description

UHK magnetic floating ball and float level switch are made up of reed pipe and magnetic float. It is based on the buoyancy principle, using the floating ball with magnetic components to drive the corresponding position of the reed tube to close or disconnect, so as to realize the detection and control of the high and low position of the liquid level.
UHK magnetic float and float liquid level switch are equipped with 8 switches for 8 point detection. When the magnetic float ball level switch works, it has no direct contact with the measured medium, no mechanical wear and tear on the contacts, and it can work without external power supply.

Operation:

Two control method of one magnetic float level gauge:

1,the upper limit—users select the normally open contact connection: the machine starts when the liquid level reaches the controlled upper limit and the node closes.

When the liquid level reaches the controlled lower limit and the node opens, the machine stops. (eg. When the liquid flows out the pump);

2,the lower limit—users select the normally closed contact connection: the machines starts when the liquid level reaches the controlled lower limit and the node closes.

When the liquid level reaches the controlled upper limit and the node closes, the machine stops. (eg. When the liquid flows in the pump);

A) When the user receives the product, he must carefully check the product to see if there is any damage during transportation and whether it is consistent with the order requirements. After checking, install it correctly in the following order.
B) Float and measuring tube are packed separately. Remove the bottom flange, make the upper part of the float upward, put the float into the measuring tube, and install the bottom flange. Then connect with the container to be measured
C) The magnetic body in the float interacts with the magnet in the color bar on the display screen, the color code is reversed, red means liquid, and white means no liquid.
Note: Handle the float carefully to avoid damage; In order not to affect the read value, all the floats in the display column must be adjusted to white before installation.
